Six Months Later

"That's the only information you have?" Federal Agent Lansing asked.

"Yeah, I told you dude been chillin' since he got engaged," NaSheed answered, smoking a cigarette.

"I don't believe this! We brought you in six months ago and you have yet to give us any information!" Federal Agent Lansing yelled, slamming Bigg's file down onto his desk. "I know McClain is up to no good! Good behavior my ass! He should have never been released from prison in the first place!

We thought bringing Agent Johnson in would help, but he hasn't dug up anything either!"

"I'm telling you, Bigg ain't been fuckin' wit' that dope shit no more, man. The dude has gone completely legit."

"McClain didn't start that record company with clean money. He got the money from selling dope. You should know. We caught you transporting his product!"

"Man, why you gotta keep bringing up old shit." NaSheed blew smoke in the agent's direction.

"Looka here you cocky son of a bitch, if I don't have somehard evidence on Kaylin McClain soon, your ass is gonna be serving fifteen years for drug trafficking!"

"Calm down, man. I told you I'd get you something on him."

"You better because your ass is on the line!"

"Agent Lansing, Agent Johnson is here," Officer Carter said, peeking her head through the door.

"All right, send him in. Agent Johnson, I hope you have some good news. You have to have something on McClain."

"Sorry, the guy has been untouchable so far," Legend replied.

"I don't believe this shit! What the fuck have you been doing this whole time? You have been in McClain's circle for almost six months and you mean to tell me all you've witnessed is some moving violations?"

"What can I say? Bigg is good. He hasn't slipped up once since I've been on the case."

"Well that's not good enough! Do you know how that will make me look if I can't get him in?! Do I have to take you off this case, Johnson? 'Cause I can see traffic duty in your future if I don't have McClain soon!"

"Nah man, just give me some more time to get next to him. If he won't tell NaSheed, his partna of fifteen years, nothing, what makes you think he gon' be quick to talk to me?"

"I don't care! I want him in!" Agent Lansing banged his fist on the table. "Do whatever you have to do! I want McClain in handcuffs by April or else," he continued to yell as he exited his office.

"Yo', you better get on your job 'cause I ain't going to jail for nobody!" NaSheed ordered.

"You better calm down, nigga! Didn't nobody tell yo' dumb ass to sell twenty kilos of cocaine to an undercover cop! I will arrest Bigg when it's time and not a minute earlier!" Legend declared, unsure of what his next move would be.
